The State of Alaska, Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Alaska Workforce Investment Office cordially invites you to attend The Second Annual Workforce Investment Act Conference - The Alaska Employment Revolution - Partners In Progress. The conference will be at the William A. Down town Anchorage and West Chester Lagoon

More than 700 workforce development professionals from many different organizations as well as policymakers and state and local board members, will be on hand to learn about the latest advances in workforce development, economic development, education and vocational training, including youth services.

Rural issues and programs will also be included in the conference. Alaska has a great opportunity to influence the progress of its workforce over the next five to ten years.
